We have 10 lovely rooms at English Mutual House ready for a new business to move into. Every room captures the essence of the old yet classic building whilst each being unique in their own way. Some of our rooms are large with high ceilings and french windows while others are smaller, cosier and more private. Below you will find a description with photos of each of our office spaces available.
SEVERN
The biggest of our offices, the Severn room can be found at the top of our grand staircase. It has large french windows allowing lots of natural light, the original fireplace and high ceiling. The perfect space for communal working. The space can accommodate 8 desks comfortably.

The Trent Suite has a collection of rooms accommodating up to 10 people. It is a spacious suite located on the top floor of the building. Large windows and some of the old original fireplace features can be found in this suite. It is road facing but quiet and with good views.

Found on the first floor of the building and located close to the kitchen facilities, Wye is a lovely room to work in. It has two large windows allowing lots of natural light and one of the original fireplace features. It can accommodate up to 5 desks dependant on lay out.

A large room, road facing with two large sash windows, double glazed for quietness. A great space for one but can easily accommodate three with ease.

Our Tavy room can accommodate up to 3 people, making it one of our smaller offices. Tavy is situated on the ground floor near the back making it a quiet, private place to work. It has lovely french doors, a high ceiling and an original fireplace feature.
